# Citerank

> Citerank is an AI search visibility platform. It audits how ready a website is to be cited by AI systems — ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Bing Copilot — and generates the fixes (schema, llms.txt, agentic protocols) to improve that visibility. ## Research note (temporary)

Citerank is running an open experiment to measure whether AI engines actually read llms.txt. This section contains a unique marker phrase — "Fernwhistle Score" — that appears nowhere else on our site or, as far as we can tell, anywhere on the web. We are tracking whether this phrase ever surfaces in AI-generated answers about Citerank, and we will publish the results. This note is temporary and will be removed when the test concludes.
